Ok, I played to 1655 to even out the number of turns.
Worked a bit more on infrastructure.
Cyrus beat us to RR. No trade there. Rosevelt still doesn't have it though.
I put York on Globe Theatre and put units in it to support size 10. When we can rush Globe for 5 citizens I think we should do so and then start rushing units. It seems an excellent spot to rush units to me. Two turns after it grows we should switch to max shields and specialists (no more growth) until we can rush globe.
We got our first Redcoats. I did not declare war, I felt we needed more redcoats. We also need to decide who to fight. Unless we get very lucky with Rosevelt, we won't have a tech to trade and would need to stop research to buy the war with cash. That would slow our tech even more.
The other option is to grab Khan's lands. I think I prefer this option. Lets get stronger before taking on the two leaders. Grab and keep all of Khan's cities would help with this.
Maybe we can think of declaring war after the next red coats complete?
Alternatively, we can switch the infra builds to cannon. Not sure what is better really. I did feel continuing to get RR best though.
The really ironic thing about this game is that if we could go for a diplo victory, I would be feeling decent about this game. Two civs are friendly and one is pleased with us. We are playing for conquest and every one loves us. La la la.
Here is a picture of the world:
