Preturn: Move Armies.
IBT: NM and Archer move toward us.
560 AD: Bombard and kill Num Merc and Archer
Attack Hippo and Capture it.
IBT: Archer and NM come within Range
570 AD: Armies move forward.
Kill Archer and NM. Kill another NM with army.
IBT: Another NM. Get Currency and start Mapmaking.
580 AD: Kill NM, Attack and Capture Utica (size 5) and Thiveste(size 2). Hadrumetum goes to size 2 (it is within our territory) so send immortals toward it.
IBT: Light Blue ship spotted.
590 AD: Declare war with America. That is a good sign. We have a good chance of being able to grab the GLib without needing Astronomy if we so choose.
Spot Carthage.
600 AD: Capture Hadrumetum without loss. Kill NM. Attack Carthage.
IBT: Get Mapmaking and start Philosophy.
610 AD: Capture Carthage.
IBT: America lands a Settler, Spear combo. It is near our Iron colony but we have another. I will let them settle.
620 AD: Move on Leptis Magna
IBT: Looks like the Hittites are also sending a Galley. Sun Tzu is completed by the Hittites. Sun Tzu and the GLib are in the same city (their Capitol)
630 AD: Declare war with the Hittites
Leptis Magna is captured. Move on Leptis Minor.
540 AD: Capture Leptis Minor. New capitol Sabratha is surrounded by Jungle.
IBT: Both Hittites and America have settlers who haven't settled yet.
550 AD: Some immortals are next to Sabratha
Notes:
Some Elite victories but no leader.
I put Tours on the Pentagon. If we get a leader, I would rather use it for an Army that can go across the sea.
Pay attention to getting water to cities that need it. Some require long irrigated parts before you can get there
We have a huge need for workers and I made a goodly number. We must have started very low because we only have 10 now.
Carthage has two cities not on our continent.
Since Rome is at Max size, it is building a Worker, but then should go back to making units.
Persepolis is many more turns away from the FP than it was before. The capturing of Carthage towns has made it more corrupt. Still it will finish in 42 turns and cannot get any more corrupt than it is now so I would let it go.
Built a second Wine colony in the hopes we can allow a town to get built near one of them.
This game appears to be one that doesn't follow the general rule of one lux for each civ on the continent. We have 5 but only 4 civs. I think one couldn't be placed on the correct continent.
