My party supports are our English religion, and the Technocultural Party (TCP) and the Green party were the most vocal supporters of a new religion before Christ. was founded. And Ilduce only is recommending the Imperial party because he is about to form a coalition with them. (I bet, see my edit below!!!) Either the Monks, the Green Party, or the TCP would best suit you.

Which party do you want to join? I recommend PCE, as we are the only conservative party fighting 5 liberals, and need your help. With you we can win, with out you I will have to continue searching for someone.

Sounds like I may need to form a splinter party for my own nuttiness.

Sorry, I'm a zealot for religious development. Was going to join the religious party, hopefully guiding it to the goal of a theocratic police state.

I have to disagree with MathNerd on this one. I would suggest my Imperial Party, and not just because I am the leader.

The Monks: They are focused on religion, but they remain fairly neutral on most matters, but you may want to contact Ravus_Sol (or Cull) directly to see what their objectives are.

The Green Party: Complete pacifists. I doubt they would call for Theocracy or a police state.

TCP: Again, your description of a "theocratic police state" doesn't seem to match the TCP's goals of developing culture and science, as well as their aversion to warfare.

Imperial Party: Our goal is to develop the military and crush all foreign opposition to English hegemony. Theocracy is our preferred civic, although we need to spread Christianity around a bit more (and convert) before adopting the civic makes much sense. And we also need a stronger army to hold off the angry Buddhists. Police State the civic would also be a nice war-time civic once we get further down the tech line.

nnnnnh...I dunno. Sounds like you're too wishy-washy on the fundamental foundations of English religion. No, the faith needs a strong hand who's not afraid to convert the godless heathens...BY FORCE if necessary.

Well, I may have to found a "Party of God" for the right-wing religious. I'm certain such a party could dovetail nicely with the Imperialists...

Proposal:
Temples/Monasteries in as many cities as possible.
Build the AP
Focus on conversion of AI civs
War with those who do not convert

Also, favored civics: Theocracy, Police State (agnostic on economics)

Strength is in ideology and purity, and our England needs such strength.

The Arsenal Of Christ!​

A new party that supports the conversion to the english religion, christianity, a massive army, and temples/monasteries to satisfy the people. The neglish people have the right to be religious. As long as they practise Christianity as their religion of course. Once the war with Rome ends, we will focus on the development of our religion and military, while at the same time giving our cities important Infrastructure that they lack. Once we are well prepared, we shall convert the world to our religion, hopefully peacefully, but by force if they refuse to worship Christ.

The monks are the ones that we admire, and we thank them for the Liverpool wake-up call. We hope to earn their respect through our deeds in the future. yet, it is the imperial party that we feel are closest to our beliefs, as we both believe in war, except that ours is of the holy kind. Maybe in the future we can work together with the wise Whosit and his party...

I thought we could use a little mixing up right now. Things got a little boring even with the war on, and JMUG gave me a great idea for this.

@Mechaerik- Do you think you couldmake a party emblem for this party? I was thinking a Cross and a sword intertwined, but you can have TOTAL freedom in thinking up any emblem you want for this.

Our commitment is at the moment delayed, since Rome just attacked us. But we are working on it. I had plans for monasteries and temples to be built in our 2 most developed cities London and Ravus-York before this war happened It is unfortunate timeing.

Also, i am sorry to see that you have founded your own religious party. You are still welcome to join mine, as is anyone.

I don't know, maybe it's a new user thing? I've seen that on some forums.

Edit: perhaps a party merger for efficiency? So long as the commitment to true religion is there, I see no reason why.

Yes, a merge, definitely. I'd propose the name to Crusade for Righteous England, maybe? Don't want to have people turned off by an overly militant name.
