Well i was going to suggest 'The Crusader's Arsenal', but thats a little militant i guess. Maybe:
The Arsenal of the Vatican?
The Pope's Crusade?
Engalnd's Faith?
War and Peace?
Assault of Christ?
Anglo-French Party? (Religion was founded in France's area, but the CIV we are playing is england)
Party for Religious Crusade Nuts

I support the picture mechaerik found on the web for our emblem.

I believe we are unaligned at the moment, especially as i am still the president of the CoF and in the middle of a term.

I like faith and strenth, but i dislike a coalition with Ilduce. His party isnt very like ours.
 
Um... I thought we were supposed to make coalitions during the elections?

What about just the "Crusaders", but "Arsenal of Christ" is pretty good I guess.

Or..."The Gods and Generals":D?

yes WE ARE supposed to make coalitions during elections, so Ilduce can stop trying to make Aegis right now.
 
See this is why i have to stay neutral, i'm so out of time zones with people i miss most of the chances to discuss.

Here's too the good luck of our lone wanderer (the axeman)! I agree if the chances are good he should attempt a razing. He's unfortunatly going on what appears to be a suicide mission (unless the extra galley sticks around as a escape route)

I knew it was only a matter of time before a more religious-right group emerged. I have to say i didn't see Arya being the one to found it though. So while the Monks are religious but stay out of government affairs, the Zealots... (i'm giving you your nickname now btw before people realise some of your name ideas have acronyms like GAG :p) the Zealots are more for using the government as a servant of the religion correct?

Main thing i see that we agree on is getting the Aposalistic Palace as soon as peace is restored. We can't allow that to fall into foreign hands.

Ilduce i asked you to join my coalition for the votes, and thats it. you do realize i chose the LMP over you right? The only reason i let you rejoin was because the LMP agreed we needed the votes. Do you want me to quote all the posts where you wined about being kicked out?

I DID say that i would change parties AFTER the term was over. It was in the post of the party announcment. Check it. And everyone wants to be prepared. But you are the only one making a new coalition while you are part of a coalition in office right now. Your disloaylty to caoitions is noted by the people of england.

LH i am almost done with the war plan. just waiting for whosit with all his knowledge of CIV to approve it. if any of my other minsters want a copy of it, ask. I will send you the plan ASAP once whosit has gone over it.

Ravus, you are remembered as the founder of our religion, and the one who was so committed to Christ that you took lives. That is dedication that deserves respect.

Strange. ilduce never stated that he support christianity before everyone else started supporting it. His party description has never mentioned it as far as he knows. he wasnt a supporter of the religious tech plan if i remember right. Maybe i should go back and check?

yes I do, mainly because they are nonexistant

I side with the coalition that I think will best help PCE achieve there goals, that is why I have kept changing coalitions. MN understood that in our pm about betrayals. I have been jumping from coalition to coalition mainly because both coalitions are communist (well left wing) and pce doesn't want to be associated with them. However they had to in order to get a say during the elections.
 
I'm not really one to be talking here, but can you stop bickering? At least I was in a different coalition as the person I was yelling at. :p :lol:

@ Nukeknockout : I think Saneperson still looks in here now and again he just didn't want the hassle of leading from what i recall. So you have your own official lurker. It will probably be up to you if you do anything with the moderns. Your power has dwindled and the Liberal Marxists flexed their solo muscles withdrawing from the Coalition of the Future last election...

Want to know something really worrying, if we discount the Techno parties lurker army then the Imperial party technically has the most active members... kinda shows where the political wind is blowing eh?

Next election should be interesting to watch

Back on topic: It looks like once, again, we have our president jumping parties after their term. Arya, are you running for re-election?

From what I've gathered:

ACTIVE MEMBERS:

Green Party: 1 (semi, WIM checks in occasionally)
TCP: 1
IMP: 2
MP: 1
Stonehenge Monks: 1
Christ's Arsenal/Crusaders/Gods and Generals: 2 (pending arya's joining)
LMP: 2 (semi, mechaerik is semi-active; depending on how you look at it)

So yeah, depending on how you look at it, there doesnt seem to be a "largest party"
 
I think that if the Faith and Strength(that is our party name) turns into a contender, i will consider running for a second term for the sake of carrying out my war plans, but that is unlikely. If we are contenders, i will give the opposrtunity to JMUG first.

Well, i think resident might come back. So Imperial party does seem to be the most influential at least, if not the largest.

I think the LMP might have the power to withdraw from the CoF, but i dont think there is another coalition they can join. The GreenPeace are pacifists which conflict with the LMP. My party is a little too right wing for them in my opinion, although we would still welcome them. Im sure we could compromise on some things, like they get state property, we get focus on religion, and so on.But other than that, they dont have anotehr option besides their own coalition and who would they have to recruit to it? The MP? They should just stay in the CoF then. And as i recall, the only issue was Ilduce, and since he is leaving i dont think they will go solo again for now.
