For the next 24 hours we will vote on whether to return Emergency Powers to Whosit - unless he says at any point he doesn't want them. If the vote is concluded and he is issued EP we move on from there. If he is not or he vetoes the elections then the elections begin immediately following my response - NOT before.

When I get back I'll throw some more curveballs at you - nothing big like we've been having, but a few continuations.

I am announcing the formation of a coalition called Unity (sorry about not asking you all about the name, but WIM, Whosit, and I didn't dislike it, so I didn't want to wait another day just deciding on a name)

PCE is expected to join, but ilduce is making some vague demands that he expect me to know about confused, so I won't list him until that clears up, in case the coalition doesn't work out with the PCE.

I support the NPP joining, the more parties the better (what if every party joins the coalition)
