Fortunately, there might be a chance that their king realizes what a mistake would be to go to war with the protector of the Catholic Church. They even asked for a reunion with the Emperor, something that according to them, makes us very lucky. Indeed, they are more lucky than us, for our Emperor shall shatter their hearts with the word of the lord and he is already arranging for the Archbishop of Vienna to come with him. However, there is also the possibility that they might refuse our offer and they are really just luring him into a trap, so the Emperor shall also bring his bodyguard with him.

Today the Foreign Secretary delivered an official government statement on the turmoil in France. Speaking more for the Liberty Party than for the government, he welcomed the beheading of the French monarch, saying "We believe this is a step forward to greater liberty and democracy in France and the Continent overall. Also, we hope that the new emperor will be more friendly to Britain and political reform in general."
In the same speech, he also announced a new colonization program in India, and that the territory of the Republic would be expanded in Norway despite no new territory being claimed last year.

If the newly crowned Emperor Louis does not insist upon keeping all previous commitments made by his predecessor it may be necessary to prepare for French aggression. Likewise if the Parisian mob further leads France down the path of anarchy we fear the League of Three Emperors and most particularly your Empires may face no choice but to intervene in the interest of restoring order.

That said, we express our fervent hope that this eventually is not necessary to precipitate. War in western Europe would be unfortunate for all parties and only cause distress to the multitude of innocents who, inevitably would be caught in the crossfire.

The Russian Empire is extremely concerned at the civil disorder in our orthodox brother-nation, the Roman Empire. We hence request that the Empires of Palmyra and Rome come together to a mutual recognition of their sovereign status, and desist from conflict against eachother, lest godless revolution be the ultimate victor in the internecine war that afflicts you. At the same time we would request that the Roman Empire dispense with its exorbitant taxes upon the peasantry, which directly foment separatism and unchristian ideology. We fear at any rate that if the situation degrades much further Russia will be forced to intervene to protect Holy Orthodoxy. We pray for reason and faith to prevail before we determine that necessity compels us to resort to the sword.

I could to make a clarification; Paris and France are not on the road to anarchy but rather to the order that the now dead Revolution driven down. Though I have to state that the previous were between Napoleon and yourself over any price for a bride we have to note that as long as others do not attempt to build their military then France can be content on its current size. However to call not investing in your aggression must apply some rather unusual concerns on the Russian part. I will encourage investment but only because it is better that Russia becomes more industrialised than Britain. That still you should learn diplomacy and note that threatening over investments that originated over a weak emperor who somehow managed to claim France must be considered a weakening on Russia's part. If Russia wants to prove itself European (thus civilized) it should not ending chaos with anarchy and be grateful for the charity of encourage investments. In the end France is merciful.

We have accessed a letter addressed to the previous emperor, the "Eagle" has he proclaimed himself. Asia is a important ground and Japan is ever a place that Europe should access to. China has proven itself too caught up in its primitive pride. It threatens all outside its territories, land it has no colonial legacy to proclaim to, while our legacies cover the world. Would it be rude if I attend the meeting in Napoleon II's place? I am afraid he had a rather... bad injury regarding his head if you may. In Asia we will see that we do not end up with provinces separated by other colonial ordeals, as oppose to the blocks that could benefit logistics, though I would suggest the status qua in current colonial claimants for the sake of civilization, for it may hinder progress in the civilization mission if the simple natives have to cope with another European tongue. We will also aid you in your stance against China.

We would like to call a meeting between our countries on how shall we breakup the Asian continent. In addition, anyone wanting to colonize the continent and want to assist is more than welcome to do so.

The Dutch would gladly divide Asia with the Germans.
In other news, the Staaten-Generaal has agreed to a law which hereby states all former slaves within the Colony of Guiana are to be given a wage, and corporal punishment may not be applied to them.

After much consideration and noting the need for communication with the Western Barbarians since they are expanding in areas bordering the Great Xiang Empire, His Imperial Majesty the Son of Heaven Celestial Emperor Dongfang Bubai has appointed his cousin Imperial Prince Chen Jialuo as Minister of Barbarian Affairs. His job, as the name of the Ministry indicates, is to deal with the Barbarians. His office is similar to that of the Foreign Ministries in Western Countries. Imperial Prince Chen Jialuo is one of the few Chinese to know relative well the English and French languages.

The first task of the Minister of Barbarian Affairs will be to organize the meeting between the Celestial Emperor and the German Barbarian Chieftain. The German chieftain shall be escorted to the Forbidden Palace in Beijing and after he kowtows thrice before His Imperial Majesty, he will meet with Imperial Prince Chen Jialuo and talk with him about German expansion in Korea. The Great Xiang Empire wants to avoid war, but German expansionism near China and their intentions to divide Asia without inviting Chinese delegates has angered both men and Heaven.

FURTHER REARMAMENT

Encouragement by Russia has made the Emperor further arm the army. 6 more brigades shall be recruited. 8 brigades shall remain in Europe while 6 other brigades shall go to Korea and prepare for an inminent assault. In addition, another navy is being built and two fleets shall be fleeted to Korea.

ON THE CHINESE SITUATION

The Emperor has began preparations for his trip to China. He has began preparing his best coach in hopes of making a good impression with the Chinese, as well as all sorts of products from the continent. Heinrich Schünemann, Archbishop of Vienna, agreed to go with the Emperor to China and the Emperor shall bring his bodyguard composed of 4 men.

The United States of America and the Great Xiang Empire have to come to an agreement according to which USA is declared the "Most Favorite Trade Partner" of China and American merchants shall be allowed to trade in China. This effectively gives USA merchants monopoly over Chinese goods such as tea, porcelain and silk. In exchange, the USA has agreed to help China modernize in both civilian technology as well as in the military, as American officers will westernize the Chinese army.

Officially recognized by the United States as the Muscogee Nation, they began to make a home for themselves there. The years in Oklahoma were primarily spent attempting to assimilate traditional Muscogee culture with European societal and technological innovations. Muscogee leadership invited hundreds of American and European scholars, missionaries, and dignitaries to tribal lands to teach and advise on how to modernize their dying culture. It wasn’t long however, that the leaders of the Muscogee found themselves again at odds with the ever encroaching Americans. Finally in 1813, under leadership by Chief Malatche, the tribe packed up and made their way west.

Settling on the western coast of North America, the modern Muscogee Nation was formed. Incorporating many of the ideas they had learned in their time in Oklahoma, the leaders of the Muscogee formed a proportional democracy founded upon European ideals. Before long, through superior technology and battle tactics, the young nation was able to carve out a territory for itself, conquering and peacefully assimilating many tribes along the way. Established and prospering, the Muscogee Nation is now poised to join the international community as a player on the world stage.
