The King of Casablanca is a title that has been handed down by a Berber noble family. They rule the city and the surrounding areas. Since the Dutch began expanding their influence the region the the king has had to in effect answer to the Dutch Colonial authority however nominally he is still the absolute monarch and has full power and authority in the city and its territories.

Slavery: Outlawed -A real point of controversy between the city and the Dutch as the Dutch wanted to use Casablanca as a slave port but the Berber King is known to find the practice immoral and he will have none of it in his city.
Upper House Composition: Ruling Party Only - The Dutch grip is so tight that it is now incredibly hard to reach any position in the bureaucracy without having some form of connection with dutch money.

OOC: I am going to again express how absolutely awful the European Continent is.

France will expand! Her colonial influence will claim New Zealand to become of France's influence, while expanding French Algeria and India!



As for the Swiss aid towards the Revolutionary Council we suspected their dishonourable ways. Their envy of France is forever noted and the French will consider their move.

We note how the British are currently in trouble with their hold on Norway. Will this spill in Scandinavia being fully united? We are ready to watch what happens to our nemesis, Britain.

France survives the great depression as sign of our great strength! We invite Japan to consider our offer and all in Europe (save the British but we will include the Swiss) to consider the glorious future in hold for civilization now that the Revolution is dead.
