I'm using Redspy's map, which still makes them border you a bit. But they also border Mongolia.

Seriously, Tibet is surrounded on three sides either way. Prospo proposing a map that would give him more land and put one of his allies into the lurch annoyed me greatly. In any case, Red Spy's map is official.

You're using Redspy's first map, not his most recent edited one.
