Intelligence Angency: Will allow you to commit espionage in an opposing country. The USSR and USA start with this. The more you put into your espionage the bigger your spy network and the better information you will recieve. The secret info will be pmed to you every turn, that is IF you get a report.

Army/Naval/Air Force Acadamies: Once built will increase the stregth of your military. If captured/destroyed your army goes back down to normal. Can't be rebuilt. Each built seperatly. USA starts with one of each.

BATTLE OF GRANADA! The British forces in Granada become bogged down by a Spanish counter attack. Four Spanish divisions have launched an unexpected counteroffensive to retake the city. The British are able to hold the city however, as Five infantry divisions and 2 light tank divisions pour into the area. The Commonwealth have launched their own attack as reinforcements arrive. The commonwealth is trying to speed to Madrid. In a turn of events, the Granada militia has joined with the Communists. After seeing that the battle in Granada might destroy the city, 1,000 partisans have joined with the Communists. The British forces have made only minor gains. The British air that has arrived may soon turn the tide however. The British have also almost cut off the southern communist army from the north.

SPANISH AIR FORCE GROUNDED! The Communists have launched an attack on the Spanish air force in Santander. The air force is either destroyed or captured by the Communists. Santander has now fallen to the Communists. This has increased the Rebels WC per turn, while decreasing the Spanish by 1. Meanwhile, a near 75,000 civilians have been given weapons in Madrid. If push comes to shove, a battle in Madrid will become very costly to both sides. Spain also builds an army command center in Madrid, this further amplifies their defensive capabilities. The capture of Santander has also split Spain in half.

FASCIST UPRISING IN SPAIN! Under the cloak of darkness, thousands of former fascist rebels arrived in Spain from Brazil. They quickly gathered up support. Although they lost the war 12 years ago, many people still support their cause. Being very anti-communist, the Fascists gain even more power. Under Francos leadership the entire of Northeastern Spain and La Coruna. This has further hurt the Republican Economy. Franco has already amassed 50,000 partisans and 5,000 modern infantry, his buddies from Brazil. Franco is counting on Portugese support, considering the ideals of Portugals government match fascism very closely. Other fascists from around Europe and the world may soon join with Franco if he is not stopped.
BULGARIAN WAR ENDS! Peace resumes over Bulgaria once more. Almost a quarter of the country and the port city of Varna have been ceded to Bulgaria. Bulgarias economy plummets as the black sea is closed off and a city is lost and post-war devastation sets in.(-2 WC per turn). Meanwhile Romanias economy booms in the post-war(+1 WC per turn). Bulgaria builds an Army Academy to help train soldiers to fight in the next war. The Bulgarian Expeditionary forces of Greece, Turkey and France remain in Bulgaria to assure peace, but in fewer numbers then before.
SLOVAKIAN INDEPENDENCE! Slovakia has received independence as the Czech Republic doesnt act on the new rebellion. Slovakia has quickly joined with the Rome Pact to assure its fledgling nation security.
ITALIAN MILITARIZATION! The Italian army begins refitting its partisans and Light Tanks. The Italian army is now more mechanized and overall more powerful then it once was.
CZECH REPUBLIC FALLS! The Czech Republic falls to the invading forces of Slovakia, Italy and the USSR. The old republic is destroyed and Slovakia assumes complete control. The wealth of the north is quickly sent down to Slovakia. The tables have turned as Slovakia is now richer then Czechland (?). (Erez, you are free to take Slovakia if you want). The new style of warfare used in Czech Republic is called Molniya or lightning in Russian. The Molniya took only 2 weeks to capture the Czech Republic.

GERMANY INVADED! The combined forces of Italy, Poland and the USSR invade the German Republic in a sudden attack after quickly sweeping through the Czech Republic. The Molniya quickly engulfs Dresden and is knocking on Berlins door as the city is surrounded. Advances by Italian forces and polish forces have encircled thousands along the Oder Line. The Russian group center races towards Hamburg while group south races to Munich. Group north is responsible for the Berlin encirclement. Polish forces have also taken the entire region east of the Oder and defenseless Konigsberg. The use of massive air and tanks has destroyed the German tactics of infantry and WW1 style defenses(like the present Oder line). The Germans call the Molniya, Blitzkrieg, or lightning war. Russia currently has half of its entire army in Germany, a total of 3 mechanized divisions, 12 infantry divisions, 25 Conscript divisions, 15 T-34/50 divisions, and a T-54 division. There are also 10 Air Wings(500 YAKs). Each army group holds 1/3 of these divisions, except army group north with the extra conscript and T-54 division. Russian Submarines have completely destroyed the sailing ships of the German navy.(not U-boats) Currently the only thing holding back the hordes of Rome Pact men and material is the large German Air Force, which is going toe-to-toe with the Russian. The Russians are bringing in MIGs though, which may soon turn the tide. The majority of the German army is now trapped along the Oder Line and in Berlin, a combined amount of 70%. The Germans may fall within two months if something drastic isnt done.

ITALIAN AID! Italy continues to receive aid from unknown countries, this turn 8WC arrived for Italy. Italy meanwhile finishes Nuclear research.
YUGOSLAVIAN BETRAYAL! Right after Yugoslavia receives 15 WC from Belgian, Tito announced the creation of a communist state in Yugoslavia. He then suddenly signs the Rome Pact and becomes a loyal communist ally. His reasoning was simple, after he saw what the Russian military machine could do in Czech Republic and Germany. Yugoslavia uses the money to build a spy network for his new Intelligence Agency. Tito has become the top producer of espionage for the Rome Pact.
HUNGRY AND DUTCH JOINS EDL! After the recent invasion of Germany, Hungry has joined EDL. Using all of its money, Hungry has created a defensive line spanning Romania and Slovakia. These can not compare to the Maginot Line, but offer better protection then trenches. Meanwhile Hungry also builds normal tenches in the south on Yugoslavias border. The Netherlands also join the EDL in light of the recent invasion. The Dutch unlike the Hungarians build up their navy and air force for the upcoming war.
NEUTRALITY OUT OF FASHION!? With the joining of Hungry and the Netherlands into the EDL and Yugoslavia into the Rome Pact the only neutral nations are now Ireland, Norway, Sweden and Switzerland.

We have returned to Spain to drive the Communists from this great land. We returned in order to give our assistance to the fight against Communist oppression. We returned so that we could lend a hand to our government in its efforts to purge Communism from the world.
However, today, our government has let us down.
How, you ask?
Rather than fight the Communists, it has proposed to give up part of our homeland to the Red devils! Rather than fight them, it is giving up the struggle!
On the other hand, we of the Spanish Fascist Party are willing to fight the Reds until they are driven from our soil! We shall not stand to see our nation, not even one part of it, be dragged into the oppressive clutches of Soviet puppetry! Loyal patriots, cast off your allegiance to the traitors in Madrid if you value your freedom! We want you to join our cause against the Communists!

I have here a proposal from the "recognized" Spanish government in Madrid stating that it is, in effect, giving up. It is willing to create a state divided between Republicans, Communists, and our Fascist Party. Obviously, we rejected such garbage created by a "pro-appeasment" government.
Therefore, considering of this bit of evidence here and in recognition of our willingness to aid your governments against the Communist threat by defeating pro-Soviet sympathizers in Spain, I suggest that the EDL withdraws all support from the Madrid government and transfer it to our government in La Coruna. We would be willing to reciprocate in any way possible once Spain's domestic situation is "cleared up."
