As some of ye might know, I have a bit of a troubled relationship with the demon drink. Tonight, after basically months of abstinence, I got back on the p1ss tonight for an election countdown. This does diesplease me in that I have abstained for so long, but went back on over something that is basically minor in the overall... To make matters worse, we lost the election on preferences, so the Tories are back by one seat... I can't really say what caused this sudden change of personal policy, but it is a major downer...

I tried for a long time, but it seems the best efforts of me, and mice and men, are to little avail...

Simon, I gave up a smoking habit just by rejecting that a small
strip of tabac in a paper tube could control my life.

Deny the drink-urge inside, it's hard but it can done.
