All those cities can't fit into the map well no matter how the tiles are arranged and moving Copenhagen would allow direct access from Sweden to Denmark and close the straits to the Baltic Sea, so that is impossible.

I mean moving the whole baltic region 1N/E by adding for instance tiles in Lituania.

Agree but Noraway export oil for this reason one oil ressource should be added in Venuezuela.(20% at least of world confirmed petrol resource)

Venezuela, Nigeria and Libya also have only one oil. Actually, in this game, the number of a kind of resource is not so important.

I think Poland was hardly ever worthy of a civ spot in this game, but I don't think the current effort put towards adding them should be to waste, and they should stay.

I think Poland/Prussia could use a gems resource to represent amber.

I do not mind Poland as a civ but think they need revision mainly to represent them more as the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth. I wold say give them more starting units and make the AI more aggressive and lean them to invade Russia in their tactics and historic victory goals.

I just want to say that Poland ALWAYS settle, on 600 start, Lwow and later Wilno, both just one tile away from the sea

I know. I tried to increase Poland's tolerance for founding cities closely together because I suspected it was the reason for their aversion to founding Gdansk or Medvegalis, but I suppose the only thing I have accomplished is that even more crappy city locations are now open to them.
