Bought the game a few days ago and downloaded via Steam - Latest Patch (v.1.0.1.332)
Played single game through to turn 440 - no problems at all (apart from odd behaviour when trying to skip the intro movie), loving it
Then...
After hitting end turn on turn 440, during the AI moves the game crashed, does it every time. It happens just after a Persian sumbarine bombards and destroys my Carrier.

Troubleshooting tried:
Running in DX9
Setting all graphics options to LOW or OFF (including no anti-aliasing, v-sync, or high detail strategy view)
Deleting: My Docs/My Games/Civ 5 folder (so game rebuilds it during start-up)
Verifying integrity of cache through Steam (1 file couldn't be verified and was re-downloaded) - however it does this every time!!
Downloaded latest Catalyst driver
Re-Installed Direct X11
All to no avail.
Here's the savegame link: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=0OAVUHQR
Just hit end turn and the game will crash.
HOWEVER - I have found a way to not make it crash - just move my destroyer which is just off the coast of Dariush Kabir - two hexes to the right - THEN hit end game....
The destroyer takes the hit from the Persian Submarine, not my Carrier - AND THE GAME DOESN'T CRASH.
So come on Fireaxis - this has got to be enough info to go on to get to the bottom of this bug hasn't it????
