Today new ships have been desigend but the Economy, she cuoldn't take an upgrade again...
but the president thought diffrently

and another, great Idea have been though of... A canal in Tailand! that will hurry ships that move.
so China decleared an age of economy grouth and sciens grouth!

The Council fled from the burning city of Thebes to Benghazi, the capital of the Libyan province and temporary Egyptian capital. Egyptian officials ahd seen plans of a giant vault of gold under the sand at Giza that could restore the Egyptian economy. (OOC Note: EQ told me about this yesterday on AIM.) They immediately sent part of the army to look for it and sent the rest of the army to fight off the Arabian treachery.

OOC: I have said it many times before. I can not follow orders like upgrade army so there are no losses. Should you want to do this, just upgrade your army one turn then the next build up your forces.

Have you forgotten how many times the quickest to take arms are often wrong?
I suggest that you fully investigate this "Arab" fleet, since I had a small squadron of sloops in the area defending my East Indiamen ships, and they reported seeing the Arab navy in port and the same time the attack happened.
As they continued, they saw the mystery fleet being hunted down, and British seamen know their ships, and the commander suggests to me that those were NOT Arab vessels.
Britain calls for a United Nations investigation, and MI6 is currently beginning an investigation itself, in conjuction with the Royal Navy.

Integrate the Home Guard into the regular army with extra training to upgrade the army to Small, then upgrade it to Medium with German help.
Continue to upgrade the National Health Service and state schools.
The trading navy, including the East Indiamen, is to become the Merchant Navy, which merges all of the trading fleets together under the command of the Crown, where they can be properly protected, and if needed, taken over in case of war. The focus for this turn is on upgrading the Merchant Navy, giving them plenty of money to encourage them to trade - some of the money is to be spent on their escorts and equipping trading vessels with some defences against pirates. The majority of trading is to be done with Germany, followed by the Andes Confederation and France.

The Minister for Education, Dieter Blix, has announced that major reforms to the German education system are now finished. Schools will now be opened to everyone in Germany for free in a bid to increase the countries knowledge. The main subjects which are to be taught are: German, English (as a foreign language), P.E., Science, Maths and Craft. Mr.Blix has promised that the German Education system will become one of the best in the world creating thousands of new oppurtunities throughout Germany for the educated public.
