The difference between these two cases that you pose are that the Constantines had no right to take Roman lands. Also we never took the lands from you, we took the lands we captured from Ethiopia and India. We completely agree with Portugal and the Andes Confederation, what lands any nation takes are theres.

There is no difference. Nations besides you shed blood to drive out Zulus and Ethiopians and then when there armies were reeling back in retreat you took the lands. French armies fought the Romans until they collapsed and Constantines came in and took remaining Roman lands. I see no difference. Then according to your theory, all Constantine conquered land should not be turned over to the French because Constantinople conquered it? Here you are saying the French should get southeren Italy even though the Constantines captured it before they did, but the people who fought for Ethiopian and Zulu territory should not get the land they deserve. To me that is hyprocritical.

OK, EQ this is an obvious attempt to incite war between two nations. I had a feeling he was doing this all along. I am willing to bet money that it was actually him who ordered Roman ships to attack me and not Warman. I petetion for a change in the results of what happened also.

French take Rome and meet the Constantine forces in southern Italy. Neither side has advanced on each other as of yet.
