The government of Taiwan has undergone a radical change from the lost of the Prime Minister. The government has been seized by a group of radical generals who have created a dictatorship. France has not gone under as much change, but have withdrawn from INTO.
Radiation effects have spread to southern Aztecea causing hundreds of casualties, major radiation effects have spread through South American nations and side effects of chemicals weapons are killing tens of millions of civilians in all nations, especially Brazil.
Troops in Egyptian uniform invade Gibotto. In response, Iron Fist forces have invaded Egypt blitzing through hundreds of miles of desert land before meeting organized Egyptian resistence. The Iron Fist has driven steadily up the Nile, but have been halted by Egyptian gunboats.

I dont see how the Incan troops were caught off gaurd, seeming as they were called up into martial law, and the capital was just nuked.
Anyhow, I am not going to be playing the USA anymore, as I do not feel like building it up after yet another screw over (thrid time), so I will be taking a brief break from rtor2, and possibly rejoining as a different nation within two weeks.
