awfully sorry i've been "updating" for a bit. Keep getting waylaid by the people who live in my house. Update should be up in about 30 minuites.

INTO makes contact with alien spacecraft! A space craft, slightly more bulky and primitive than the latest space planes built by GDI and INTO, docked with an INTO space station, bringing messages of peace. After a year of careful translation work by an international group of scientists, they have determined that these are from the Clcentrian Republic, the only democratic, and by far most powerful, nation on Mars. Apparently, the Martians had viewed events on Earth for some time, which is where most of their weapons and technology is based on, from cell phones to tanks.
The beings from Mars resemble humans, except instead of skin they have scale like coverings which the head researcher on the subject, Charles Darwin of the Viking Empire, believes came from the frequent sandstorms on Mars. Also he has proposed a theory, close to religion, that one race once colonized both Earth and Mars and that the different forms now existing on both planets are variations due to evolution. His theories have gained great popularity in many high education nations (good or better). Most of the people who believe his theories have renounced their former religion and pledged themselves to this new "Darwinism." The Martian Clcentrian Republic has seized onto Darwin's ideas with religious enthusiasm and Darwinism has been declared the national religion.
Terrorists detonate nuclear weapon in Cuzco! The nation has been thrown into anarchy with the death of the Leader. Riots are going on in the street as different generals and parties attempt to gain power.
Nuclear weapon in route to Gibotto seized by Arab authorities. Governments around the world applaud this act of enforcement of peace.

Vicious anti-communist riots break out in Brazil and Uruguay, many Argentinans have been attacked openly and some groups of civilians have even tried to attack Argentina itself.

Stats have been added for the Martians. Before you bug me about them being super powerful, please remember they didnt have BN1 and should be this powerful as they have had no major wars.
Just consider landings on the moon a typical thing now, for those who have already made it so there is no need to repeat that order.
There is no Martian map yet, as i really am not sure how to go about making one. If anyone has any ideas PM or IM me.

Cuzco In Ruins!
Our beloved president, Jose Rivera, and the American government, not to mention the 4.3 million people, are now dead and our beautiful capital has been destroyed! Government reports that a terrorist group has managed to smuggle a nuclear bomb into the city and detonated it within the heart of the city. Millions are dead, our government is gone. People in the major cities of Quito and Santiago have begun to riot, though order is now begining to be restored. Vice President Roberto Gonzales, away on a trip to Haita, has declared himself President and Martial Law to get a hold of the nation. The army and airforce has been called to service to protect our citizens. In a brief speech, the President has declared "who ever has done this will pay the ultimate price."
The CIA and FBI, their offices based in Quito, has been thrown into a frenzy, working together to try and develop some solutions. The top suspect is believed to be Brazil, though terrorists from Zululand and a GDI conspiracy has been thought of as well.

Russian education is undergoing it's periodical reforms this turn,vwith the private sector, which holds 90 % of the schools, finding increased competition from the public academies, which fight to reform by increasing salaries to teachers and allowing teachers to select their own curiculum (teachin boooks) the jobs are increasingly hard to keep though, as one must be an excellent teacher to earn such a salary.

Russian space command is beginning work on a reusable 'Shuttle' which will launch from the INTO station to conserve fuel and would be able to make the lengthy trip to Mars in mere weeks.
The shuttle may take several years to construct properly, but when it's done the Destiny will be Russia's Primary exploration craft, armed lightly and on it's way to distant planets.

Although much of the infomration on this is classified it is known that SEE is made up of millions of super computers. It is also known that SEE is a self aware machine that will control a multitude of satilites, ground dishes, and other sorces, to gather intelligence that will be fed into the super computers, be prosscesd, and then be printed to the goverment.

Mars had been left in ruins by the nuclear war between the Nimbodian Empire and the Ugalian Confederation.
Now a new leader of the Clcentrian Republic. His name is Nemesis, and he has become the new Archon Prince.
To show a rebirth of a united Mars, he has renamed the Republic the Central Republic, and now has set a course to unite Mars under his rule.
Already his tanks are moving to invade the two nuclear-weakened nations, while the Martian Union are being offered an alliance to help unite Mars as their name suggests.
The evil Klrahti Empire are being offered a chance to peacefully join in a united Mars, or be destroyed.
Whatever the cost, the new Archon Prince will unite his planet, for peace and prosperity.

Expand army and air force.
Begin research on a electrobomb, the ones which fry all circuitry within their range, as a method of disarming nuclear bombs (preferably on the ground still in their bunkers lol).
