In fact, a whole new capital city. Using slave labor from the Kenyans and Spanish, the first dirt was dug out today.

The experts expect the city to be buit in 1100 years. Rufely 22 turns.

You know, I came home 5 minuites ago, looked at my suscribed threads screen and screamed. A thread that NO ONE has posted on since JANUARY has been responded to for god's sake.

I would apreciate a PM telling me what the heck has gone on on the NES and Stories forums (World History forum too if anyone knows).

I have read before at this thread that Education and Cultural only was ther for fun, but maybe you can set so if you have very good culture it's less chanse for rebbelion and a chanse that other areas join your contrey (like in civ3) and if your land have a good education it will be easier to get new techlevel..

You mean culture flips? It has already happened once way back when a chineese colony island flipped to Japan. And from what i can tell from the forums culture flipping is not that popular.

the less rebellion part makes sense though.

I am still debating on adding a new stat representing how confident your people are in your lead which would effect rebellions and ho well your armies fight.

Oh By the way i should point out that i never renamed the Nation the United Northern Kingdom, that just sounds stupid (no offense), I renamed it the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Scandinavia, or UK for short.
Thats my British partriotism coming through, hehe

IC: The Nation of the United Kingdoms was conducting an extremely successful war against the German Empire.
It had been decided in Parliament that the UK would make an attempt to remove the dictator from power and reinstate the Republican Government.
It wouldnt do to have the birthplace of Democracy in the grip of a dictator, the peoples of the world would lose faith in the Democratic system.

To Germany:
It seems that Spain has giving all its provinces to you. So in order to have an Africa, run by Africans, we must declare war.

OOC/ Spain did give its land to Germany right?

To the enemies of Germany

My ideas with Germany:
France get areas in west-Germany and south-spain (since them was the attacked land.
Zulu and Egypt get the old Spanish colonys in Africa.
NHC get the old Spanish colony in South America.
Inca make Portugal as a vassal.
Russia get a part of Germany that is at the same site as Finland.
UK get Finland (from Russia) and Ireland.
NEC take control of the old Spanish homeland (that not been under Portugal or Franch) and can do what they want whit it.
Rome get rest of Germany (that French and Russia don't get.
Then NO evil dictator can take control of Germany again (since it will be no Germany).

Please tell me what you mean about this.

my orders are back on page 62, i believe, but to make it easier, i think i said send 3/4's of the Incan army on board virtually any ship i can muster and send it to Spain and liberate Portugal.

Rest of the army is to be centered around the capital.

Perhaps conquest works in your part of the world but not in Europe. The people odf Germany or Spain would never accept a new nation as a ruler. As a result I feel Germany and Spain should be left intact, but with a new republic government and limited military power(small or less). If they do not comply then the occupation but not conquer of these nations would be required.
