We, the Magi, have seized control of the order paper from the Host.
For the next 5 days (so finishing the time of this post on Monday) we are having a Special Counterproposal Phase
The special session has this peculiar issue where there is no "no" option. When combined with the brief (now resolved) Sponsorship Crisis, this resulted in several proposals passing by default.
In some cases these were the 4UC proposals, but not in all.
At the request of @pineappledan we are therefore going to take some time to reassess these default options to allow for their to be more discussion and options on which the community can vote.
There would be little point passing these proposals only to revert them at the next congress.
These Civs are marked [SPONSORED] in the main congress forum and these should now be considered the base "proposal" against which you are countering. Here is a picture of the relevant threads,
For our sanity, we are not reopening the Civs for which there are already multiple proposals at this time.
Finally, we are rather taking on water with respect to the amount of coding work.
As such, all counterproposals must be database-only. That is, no additional DLL work. Note however you may invoke any DLL that has already been sponsored, in any thread.
If you wish to counterpropose but don't know what is/isn't database available -- basically, the effects that already exist in the game -- you can message me, post in my discord channel, or just post the proposal and face the moderating consequences
