We hope your naval program will be finished as soon as possible.

To:AAA members

I suggest to form a united High Command of our forces.The troops would of course still belong to their nations and swear their oaths to them,but this command could better coordinate troops in case of war [basically like our RL NATO].

We should form Navy Atlantic Command,Navy Pacific Command,Navy Indian Ocean Command,Army America Command,Army Asia Command,Army Europe Command,Army Africa Command (for Madagascar).

I agree for your joining of AAA.

Increase army.
Increase trade navy and send it with food to Andes.
 
The Chines Confederacy
Today the president announced that armies will be sent to help India fight the kingdom of New-England.
but becouse he saw how real NEC is acting with nations
helping her (don't talk with her anymore) he have desided they will act as NEC armies and no teritory will be added to China.

The Andes Kingdom also joined the new alliance, and the NHC just asked to join, and been happily accepted.

The nation desided to open her ports and trade centers to all the world, but there were problems with trading with europe... the Arab Confederation taxed chines ships in egyptian seas.
The country didn't liked it and desided to give the Arabs the next trade rules:
1) NO tax will be on any ship, chines or other.
2) the arabs will open their ports to all nations freely
3) the arabs will let land trade to come trought their teritory freely.

if thos won't be accepted and one by the arabs a Trade Embargo will be on the Arab Confederation, and any tax ship that will come near the chines trading ships, will be sent away and won't get paid.

to AAA (including new members):

We ask you to do the same on the arabs, their taxes are too high, and stop high levels of trade.

to The world:
The Arabs are taxing ships with high taxes in their seas, and in egyptian and intenational seas! we ask the world will work to neather vanish thos txes or atleast lower them!

1) send troops, that will act as NEC troops to help india.
2) put embargo on the arabs if they don't accept our "rules" (better word anyone?).
3) grow army and navy.

We agree with China.Free Trade is the key to international stability and we can't allow you to destroy this.From now on all our trade with Europe will be done via Russia until you lift your taxes.
 
India and rest of AAA,

I think an AAA navy and army, formed from all members, is a gret idea. We should have each country take a certain force, lets say India is in charge of the Asian AAA Army, therfore its easier to command. Here are my proposal:

India: In charge of Indian Ocean Naval Operations
China: In charge of Asian Army Operations
Aborigine: In charge of Pacific Ocean Naval Opertaions
NHC: In charge of Americas Army Operations (south and north)
Andes Kingdom: In charge of Atlantic Naval Operations

Each department should consist of almost half of the leading nation, so lets say Pacific Naval Operations consist of 45% Aborigine, 10% Andes Kingdom, 25% Chinese, 10% NHC, and 10% India. These totals can be figured out later also.

Just though I would through in Andes Kingdom thoughts.

AAA (again),

Nothing is more important to me then the safety of the Andes people and it's allies. The problem is is that the naval program is essential, and if you want any sort of good help, you must wait only one turn. Next turn, I will be able to send my whole army, including ARN (Andes Royal Navy) Machu, and ARN Pichu Sister Battleships that are under construction as you read this.

I agree with India and Andes it will be a good idea with a "together" (I don't remember a better word for this) army and navy
 
Andes Kingdom Elections 520AD!

This time, the parties running for power were more assertive for advertisement. Along with the LeParte Royal Family running for Parliamentary Monarchy again, there is Julio Gonzales for President of the United States of the Andes, Juan Martinez for Chairman of the Republic of the Andes, and Mario LeParte (a cousin of the Royal Family) for Emperor of the Andes Empire.

Statistics showed only 81% of able bodies (men and women over the age of 21) voted in the many locations made possible.

The results are as follows:

LeParte Royal Family, Parliamentary Monarchy, 34%
Julio Gonzales, Democracy, 36%
Juan Martinez, Republic, 18%
Mario LeParte, Despotism, 12%

So you see, The Kingdom of the Andes is now the United States of the Andes, or USA. President Gonzales barely won against the old royal family.

The country is divided, yet united, into Venezuela (including Haitan Island), Portugal, Columbia, Peru, Brazil, Equador, Bolivia and Chile. Each state is allowed three elected senators, and 20 representatives. These will serve as the Congress of the USA, while the Executive branch is the President and his cabinet. The Judicial will be also elected by the states.

To India: Think about this, not only will you end upo paying more than you are already, but it is the right of the Sultan and the High council to impose their on trade laws. If you make it worthwhile however I may make a 'free trade' agreement with your nation alone, with no loopholes.

To China: Do not tell us what to do, you were against the ulu people and you are the sacker of nations. No more. We do not agree with your free trade prgram and hope you understand, but the High council will not bow down to China

Although we do not agree with your imposition of high trading tariffs upon the mercantile business passing through your territory.
Neither do we agree with Indias highly hostile response to that action.
It would have been much more prudent and extremely easier for them to simply ask you to lift your tariffs before resorting to threats.
As such we of the UK, and we are sure the TAP will back us up, will support you in your defense.
