To summarize what you all have done in the past few hours:

embargoed the Arabs, threatening a African-Asian war AGAIN.
blockaded the NEC coast, threatening a Europe-Asia war.
Not to mention that at this point at least 5 other nations are involved in the NEC's civil war.

at the moment NO ONE is blocking the American coast,including me (my Atlantic fleet is in Hudson Bay at the moment)

If any arab ship will cme to a chines port she will be taxed by 50% taxes.
If she will come to take food for a jurney, she will pay double cost.
The Navy will not block others that will come to arab ports, and won't be near arab ports.

China declear that if for more than 3 turns the arabs won't lower or stop the taxing china will take taxes to, and we promise they will be high, very high. thos will be for all nation expat allies.
