You misunderstand the difference of the Resolutions. Resolution 2 is the resolution that calls for countries invading Rome to stop during its crises, which is still happening. Rome is still recouperating from it's civil war, and is not yet out of it's crises. Plus, Egypt invaded Rome during the civil war to start it off.

Resolution 4 calls for UN forces to land in Rome to kill the cultists, and failed to pass. This does not mean other countries can and can keep the lands.

To The UN,

It is time to show the might of the UN. We have a Resolution that has passed, named UN Resolution 1, meaning we must protect French military in Quebec from the citizens. This is how the command issue is going to work:

Each CC member will input the same orders, being that so all the controlled armies will do the same.

Every enrolled nation of the UN MUST contribute it's 1/10 of army, and under your orders put Contribute 1/10 of army to the UN Cause. Eq will know this when it comes. This cause is Resolution 1, to keep the Quebec citizens under control.

Your Peace Forces should be sent to International Territory, within the borders of the Andes Confederation, by the use of your own navy. From there, I ask that France and teh Aborgine Empire contribute their navy, alongside mine, to ferry the troops to Quebec where they will be put under the control of the CC.

All CC members please put "Use UN forces to keep the Quebecoise under control and not to harm the French Military".

I will not give up Roman lands. The resolution is smart and dumb in my opinion. It is smart because it prevents outside interference during a crisis, but it is dumb because the resolution of this crisis ended in a threat to worldwide peace: Nostradamism. I am not invading Rome to take advantage of her Civil War. I was originally invading Rome to quell Nostradamism and help the Roman government, but it turned into war after Nostradamism prevailed. This resolution in my opinion can otherwise be stated as: "Just let Nostradamism thrive in Rome and pose a threat to the world."
It prevents peace-loving nations from quelling a threat to world peace.
A real-life example of this where World War eventually erupted was in Europe in the 1930's. France, Britain, and Italy just let Hitler build up his army and didn't do anything about it. France and Britain even signed a pact in 1936 allowing Germany more military buildup, as I have learned from reading Memoirs of the Second World War by Winston Churchill. Italy went to the German side and soon all-out warfare erupted. We must learn from RL examples and not let this happen again. I see me, Arabia, India and Ethiopia as the Allied nations trying to fight evil, Rome as 1930's Germany, and the Andes Confedration as Italy. Jason, this resolution goes directly against the goal of the UN, which is world peace by letting Nostradamism thrive. I wish to overturn this resolution.

I will however contribute part of my army to the Quebec force, making 1/10th of my army with the UN force (taken away from the invasion of Carthage).

Explain to me how Nastodamism is a threat to world peace? Now explain to me how warring with an already war-weary nation is keeping the peace?

I would also like to stress the fact that the Andes Confederation is stressing it's nuetrality in this conflict, and is only backing as a UN representative. A UN resolution was passed, and I do not see the reason for a revote. You had your chance before the Resolution passed to stress your points, and you didn't.

However, it is the policy of the UN to vote on every resolution presented.

Nostradamism is a threat to world peace in the following ways:
-There have been many innocent deaths and civilian massacres
-Leaders of nations have been assasinated.
If Nostradamism hadn't occured none of this would have happened.
Also, I was on vacation when the resolution was proposed and voted on so I didn't get a chance to state my opinions.

The German Conservative Party have won the second German elections in a landslide victory. Conservative Party Leader Helmet Khol has now taken his position as German Chancellor following a landslide victory gathering 75% of votes.
The Conservatives have promised to revitalise the German economy and restructure the German military which the former Government failed to do.

Military Restructure Of Germany:
These reforms will help transform the German military into one of the best in the world.
- The Military will become a full-time profession. Soldiers and sailors will recieve a wage from the Government instead of working part-time. This will make the German army the first ever army to have members which are paid to work for the army full-time.
- The Army will be cut from Very Large to Large and the Navy will remain the same.
- New training facilities will be opened throughout Germany to help increase the amount of top-level Generals and Marshalls.
- New defence techniques will be developed to cope with new technology.
- Gunpowder will be obtained and specialist companies given the job of producing weapons and ships for the army.

Arab ships attack Egypt's northern coast! Thousands are dead, killed by the shells of the Arab ships. The city of Thebes itself is in flames from a raid. The Egyptian navy has hunted down the raiding fleet and destroyed it. In response a Egyptian admiral, thristy for vengence for a relative killed in the attack on Thebes, launched an attack upon a Arab fleet in the Red Sea and completely destroyed it. The Egyptian economy has been significantly damaged from the raiding and morale is seriously decreased among the troops in Rome.

Chineese scientist has developed an incredible new machine allowing ships to run without the power of wind and for great iron beasts to cross the land. Scientific civs will recieve this for free in 3 turns. The Industrial Age will last a long time as there will have to be many advances inside the age. (such as muskets to rifles, discovery of factories)

Egyptian and Indian forces have once again been fought to a standstill. Women and children have both fought hard against the invaders using themselves as suicide bombers with gunpowder and have developed a weapon using gunpowder which the invading armies have called "land mines".

Zulu and Arab troops fight over Carthage! In response to the attack on Egypt the Zulu have attacked the Arab troops in Carthage with feroucity. The battle continues to rage.

Great Cathedral completed in Delhi. The final remains of the Egyptian occupation of the city so long ago have been removed.

I just got back in town hopefully i can start doing a regular update again.

I find that education is very important for military as troops who have gone to school and are capable of reading, writing, and occasionally foreigen languages are much more effective against enemy troops.

Also as a reminder, you cannot "upgrade" your confidence in leader. It is decided indpendently by me. It is determined by your recent military defeats and victories and your world status.
