I'm not stalling and no, I don't recognise the partitionings of land that "I" control. Maryland will keep Lebanon which we rightfully won by nuking Spain, and we will continue to occupy Gibraltar until Spain pays the 30lp over the next three turns and that's final.

Be thankful we are not insisting on reparations for Spain for your nuclear attacks.

the negotiations are going nowhere. my turn for the terms.

1. Gibraltar will be returned to Spain
2. anything outside of Morocco will be given to Maryland. (I lose 13 provinces)
3. the Spanish Empire will have a limit of 50% of the Soviet union's armies and Navies.
4. the Strait will be open to all nations at peace.
5. no more conflicts between the three nations will take palce, unless it is beyond our control.
6. Israel will be transferred to Spain.

I honestly don't see why Spain should get Jerusalem. It's isolated from the rest of their holdings. All it does is put another color in the Middle East.
