We also extend a hand to Maryland and will gladly allow you to set up a government-in-exile in Detroit while we negotiate with the American Federation regarding Maryland's return to North American along with other pressing matters, such as reparations and punishment towards the aggressors. Meanwhile, Portugal's Emperor Pedro and I, Fawne Till, have been discussing the continuously growing threat of Socialism in this world as it's clearly intent on destroying Capitalism the world over.

We offer the Treaty of Detroit to the American Federation for ending the war. We are willingly to negotiate on many areas however. As you can see, we will give back Canada.

However, the near-complete destruction of Egypt has been unfulfilling when pockets of resistance hold out in Korea and in the Indokhitan peninsula. Thus, Liao Gaozu himself has decided that Cairo shall be returned to the Egyptians, and in return the world shall be in awe before our before our state.


1st Draft of The Treaty of Cairo:

1: All of Khitan Egypt shall be returned to the Neo Old Kingdom, barring a singular province on the edge of Africa and the Sinai.

2: In return, the American League will accept the American Federation's conquest of Maryland and drop their demands for its return to misguided Maryland rule

3: The Egyptians shall commit to the betterment of the Great Qaghanate of White and High and the completion our designs in Asia ( Egypt will give me 5 XP)

We understand that there may be some ill will regarding Egypt's lot. Know that should the Soviets accept, we would more than happily return more of Egypt to the Neo Old Kingdom in return for fair payment

The people have voted on the treaty of Detroit, and 78 percent of the population voted against it. Consul Link himself reportedly referred to it as "utter garbage" and "completely ridiculous". The two statements were isolated incidents.
If you sign the treaty of Cairo, accepting the conquest of Maryland and returning all my prewar land, then we can have peace.
