Since navies under sorta underpowered for the moment, they have an added ability. Territories they blockade can't produce LP. Simple but effective.

At the beginning of this turn, Spain and Yugoslavia declared war on Egypt. Marylander had a coup and also declared war on Egypt so Egypt was forced to the negotiation table. The Holy Land is bent on getting the 4 eastern territory while Egypt offered something else. For the most part, the war seems like its over.

Also, the Nation of X is a vassal of Spain. Japan has been reunified and is now a vassal of the DB Corporation.

Last warning Egypt and Holy Land. No more peace negotiations in this thread. Take it to the PMs or social group or I'm kicking you both for a turn.

After (extensive) back and forth between another player regarding the espionage system, I'm convinced it's underpowered or too vague. Namely the "Fund Rebellion" section. So, here it is.

Funding a rebellion requires a minimum of 1 LP investment and the chances of success are dependent of the target's CE rating. After the success roll, there's the "discovery" roll. Following the discovery roll (and depending if the success roll was a success), there's the rebellion roll. The rebellion roll determines

A.) How many armies spawn
B.) The chance of the rebellion spreading to neighboring provinces (this is dependent on how much LP is funding 1 LP=1%+ (If the target's CE is in the negative)
C.) How many armies spawn in those rebellions.
D.) If more rebellions spawn adjacent to those territories. (-5% from the previous success roll.
E.) How many armies spawn in those. Etc.
