im sorry, i cant agree with the Soviet union. Gibraltar is mine, as i consider it a Spanish core territory.
New Terms:
1. Spanish Africa will retreat to containing just Morocco and Western Sahara.
2. Gibraltar will be returned to Spain, with the promise that the Aforementioned strait will be open to anyone at peace.
3. Maryland and Egypt must pay 10 LPs each as compensation for the stuff you destroyed.
4. Maryland, Spain and Egypt will not go to war against Each-other, unless it is out of our control (alliances, defensive pacts, etc)
5. Egypt will have to return the 50 armies and 12 navies that i earlier lent to them.

First Soviet Lunar Probes
The Soviet Union planned to send three robotic space ships to explore our natural satellite the Moon this year, but due to the volatile political climate in the world and the mobilization order, we have only sent two.
The first attempt resulted in an explosion on the launch pad. Seven technicians were tragically killed; they have all been granted a state funeral.
However, progress must march on, and the engineers continued to work with professional discipline and patriotism. Luna 1, bearing the Soviet Coat of Arms, successfully impacted the Moon; the first time a man-made object has reached the surface of another planet. Its sister probe, Luna 2, is a fly-by mission equipped with a television camera. It swung to the far side of the moon and took a number of photographs, before entering an orbit around the sun (making it the first artificial planet, if you like), where it will continue to send valuable data.
This is the first time any humans have seen the far side of the moon. In the interest of humanity and the advancement of the sciences, the Soviet Union have made the historic photographs available to all.
I was surprised no one launched a space program of their own after my post last turn, though the Wars might have something to do with it.

Why do I only have 55 LP? I much more provinces than that and I'm not being blockaded...
Math, those who lose wars (or surrender) do not draft the treaties. It's a simple fact of life, so just swallow your friggin pride before you choke on it.

no. their peace treaties cannot be accepted. because Gibraltar is in the hands of Americans, of all people. i demand at least that to be returned.
Emperor Juan Carlos: signing any peace treaty with any foreign power that gives them the advantage is treason, and thus executable. i would be executed, and i cant blame them.

To ALL nations: in order to keep the ceasefire, we really urge you to accept these terms. The issue of Gibraltar, Lebanon, reparations, etc can be dealt with at a later date.
