RFC Crash to Desktop

I'm trying to start a new game with RFC, never did before, just updated it to 3.13 and RFC to 1.08 (dled it and deleted the folder of RFC, and unpack a new folder there with same name)
Then, I started a new game, but always Crash to Desktop when loading the game, after I select the civ, monarch, speed, etc...

whats happening here?

I've had the same thing happen to me, I haven't been able to play it yet.

really don't know.
Didn't you try loading the mod without patching it? BTS 3.13 automatically patches it anyway...

I have a similar problem: when I play RFC with BTS (all latest), it returns to desktop frequently.
OS: Win2000 pro
Graphic: nVIDIA Quadro NVS 285

I tried to reinstall, upload it by patch 3.13 and then load RFC.. crash.

I haven't uploaded RFC by downloading the files here on forum.
