Sorry to do this but that makes no sense for a independent Cornwall as the duke of Cornwall is the heir of the monarch of England.

true. back at the phoenix head based on the eagle I posted earlier. It needs to be flipped and have ears added to it.

Basically like that flipped, and only the head. I like the eagle head better though as it will be less work because that is what the neck and head generally look like in my mind.

What era is this set in? The mod should probably run to the renaissance or else there will be too many civilizations.
