Can somebody make the mod for me, please. The only flags I want are the 3 Fleurs (First new French Flag), the Eagle (for americans), and new skull (For barbs). Either that or a flag RANDOMIZER 
Maybe you'd like to test the flag switching utility.

Doesn't mean that you have to use the utility with the provided flags
