If they did it the same way (1/6 cities from each modern Celtic nation) it probably wouldn't have included Armagh. Technically they could always pull a Wittenberg like G&K. I think they will have wised up that this was very silly though, especially with capitals depending on leaders now. It would be even weirder to get something like Venta Icenorum or Bibracte followed by Edinburgh and Dublin. I would bet on Gaul and Scotland before Ireland from a deblobbed Celts.
Seems like whoever created the German city list forgot to include it. I don't take that as evidence for a new Bavarian Civ.
I have to say I loathed the Chinese city-list, since it's so Qin Dynasty-centric (no cities in the south except for Guangzhou, none from my ancestral homeland of Fujian ) and some of the city names aren't actual cities.
So where do they go next week? So far, the first three were all hinted from the trailer, but also highly expected returning civs. Then they did an alt-leader for an existing civ that was one that players were hoping to get an alt-leader. Now we have a Native American civ. We ostensibly didn't know which we were getting, but we all pretty much expected one.
We currently don't have any leaks or hints to go on for the next First Look. I don't think they will do a dark horse like Italy or Georgia next. It will probably be another returning civ. Maybe Ottomans or Inca? Would they directly follow a Native American civ with a South American civ?

This. It would be good to be able to actually figure it out from the teaser instead of already having a pretty good idea who it is. That said, I agree with those who think we're going to get a series regular next week (Ottomans, I suspect) rather than a surprise choice.
Hmm... Bavaria is quite well known for their beer. Maybe Firaxis decided for north-eastern neighbour of Bavaria to become "a Civ known for their beer", when Germany lacks the Bavarian capital in Civ VI

Poundmaker's clothes in-game don't look like the Hudson's Bay point blanket, despite him wearing robes made using it.
It might be that Firaxis didn't have the rights to use the Hudson's Bay point blanket, as the Hudson's Bay Company owns the trademark to it and are still manufactured today.

Inca, Ottoman, Mali - all good possibilities. I agree that they're likely to hold Georgia or Italy (to the extent that either is in) for later.
I've been guessing Mali wrongly for several weeks. I'm not even sure we'll get an African Civ in R&F, but I'll be stubborn and stick with them for now.
We have two (east) Asian, one Native American and one European Civs + one leader of India (another Asia). There is surely place for a small kingdom from Central Europe
By the way, hoping for the Ottoman Empire or Inca Empire.
