Not quite right. Spain was included in G&K, but the Inca were not. And then Spain was omitted from BNW, so if you wanted to play BNW with Spain, you needed either G&K or the DLC. The only expansion civ included in both G&K and BNW was Ethiopia (because they wanted them for the BNW "Scramble for Africa" scenario).
I would just like to say that "Mongol Monday" is a very fun thing to say. I mean it probably wasn't a very fun thing for Kievan Rus or most of Asia but still.

Following Mongol Monday is the famous Tamar Tuesday, then Wilhelmina Wednesday, then Theodora Thursday, then Frederick Barbarossa Friday, then Six Sky Saturday, and finally Seondeok Sunday.
Mongols will have a yoke in the little map montage... I think Ghengis had to wear one for a while. I think the little pictogiffy symbols arise from legends about the person...
"They forced him to wear a cangue, a heavy wooden yoke that encircled his neck and wrists. Its weight and shape made him uncomfortable whether he tried to rest or walk around. He was virtually helpless, unable even to feed himself. Wearing the cangue in humiliation, Temujin was passed among different families." Life & Times of Ghengis Khan
I haven't been keeping up that much in this thread, do we still have the possibility of [Isabella] from the leaked leader reveal to be the alt leader in R&F? Or completely disregard her?

But answering your question, we're not really sure where this new leader is going to beyond the fact that it will go to a Civ that's already in the game. The general consensus is that Spain, France, Egypt, India, and China seem to be the most in need of a new leader.
