Good point-- that and the Château might imply that both Canada and the Ottomans (or Byzantium) will be R&F-exclusive DLC. People would certainly buy them. But there still hasn't been any confirmation on DLC so far. If only somebody could ask...

My guess is that the cover art means nothing. It might have been outsourced, or created with tons of artistic liberty for whoever made it, or they didn't even know which civs would be in when it was made.
They could also be scenario-specific objects, but I'd say the whole thing is just irrelevant when searching for clues.

I'm hoping for a wonder video tomorrow. I hope the next Civ to be reveal is one that interests me. I wonder if it's a male or female leader to be next. I don't think Seondeok and Wilhelmina are the only female leaders in this expansion.
I hope for the Ottoman Empire to appear. They are one of the Civs I expect most, and we have only four places now. I'm getting a little bit nervous. Although definitely not as much as the guys on YouTube that request the Ottomans on every new Civ VI video

Mehmed the Conquerer would be fresh and cool, assuming that the rest of the abilities aren't super militaristic (we don't need another full military option).

I agree, they've accustomed us to frequent new info, but without a wonder video, we could go a whole six days without anything new!
We're still missing the female leader who interacts with the ages system in a different way, so there's at least one more. Two wouldn't surprise me, but one more seems most likely.

But if you look at the On This Day section (not sure if we are including that), there's a blurb in there about Constantine Hangerli who was Prince of Wallachia then part of the Ottoman Empire.

For this reason I’d suggest he wouldn’t be super fresh (he was in Civ IV anyway)... a boost at taking cities with artillery isn’t really necessary. I’d sooner see Suleiman back or another sultan.
