<s>Persia</s> (sorry for the typo. I got a bit excited.) Scythia has removed the threatening Persian Horseman from our Scythian Mtns. In response to the hostile intent shown by Persia, Scythia had no choice but to burn Pasargadae and lay seige to Gordium.

We ask for the world's help in ending this Persian aggression.

In recent negotiations with the Celts, a peace treaty was reached, and two cities were gained by Rome, one of which in Britain.

After a hard combat where we lost 1 HC and 3 Hoplites we managed to capture the city of Beirut.

Alexander himself is now leading the march on the last of the persian harbour cities called Tyros. Our scouts captured 1 worker just outside the city.

The macedonian victories have impressed the egyptian kingdom. They are now our allies.
