Here we go!
Sidenote: I wish Spock would read the tips when the game is loading. I'd like to hear him say , "Snacks are good in moderation."
quick note: Delhi will be happier if it has one military unit - two unhappy faces are from lack of military there. Noting this, I decide to keep the next military unit in Delhi.
By the way, thanks for the great war set-up.

Makes it easy for me to decide what to do.
460: Alexander offers clam for gold. I say no. We discover drama! Yippee! Tough choice between literature and metal casting - music would give us a great artist, but I go with metal casting since it will give us option to build forge for more production and more money with the Colossus. Also, art is for weak humans.
I take all but 2 of the catapults and the axeman and invade Monty's borders!!!!
470: Masa offerse horsie riding and 100 gold for alphabet. I accept, mostly so we can get extra gold to keep running research at 90%. Also, Mansa is last in score.
Delhi: catapult finishes, which I leave in Delhi, start another catapult. I march on Tenochtitlan
480: Monty sends an axeman out to attack my raiding party. The swordsman we have surprisingly kills it.
Caesar offers spices for gold. I take it for extra happiness for us, since our human slaves may get weary of war soon.
I move units next to Tenochtitlan. Montezuma has a mighty army of 3 whole archers guarding his capital. Oh no! Not three archers! They might crush my nine catapults! eek!

I notice with the warrior that he has a chariot in Tlaxcala. I note our need for spearman to protect our catapults from evil horse archers which can crush them
490: Christianity FIDAL. I bombard Tenochitlan's defenses down to 0% - they were at 60%
500: Bombay finishes catapult, so I start and whip to completion a spearman.
We launch our massive attack on Tenochtitlan. One catapult dies, but we capture Tenochtitlan, 102 gold, and a worker. I install a new governor, since the city is not too far from our empire and has a lot of nice resources. By the way, Monty has another city to the East of Tenochtitlan. Monty moves a chariot over by Bangalore, so I chop it up with the axeman
510: Delhi finishes catapult, starts catapult. Madras finishes granary, starts a spearman which I whip to completion. Bombay fnishes spearman, starts catapult.
Monty has a jagauar and axeman right by Tenoch ready to attack. I send a catapult out and destroy jaguar.
520: Axeman attacks, and for some reason, our swordsman (???)

defends, and is killed. No clue why pc decided on that. I kill the stupid axeman now with a catapult. Wish I'd done that last turn.
Madras finishes spearman, starts catapult.
530: not much - letting catapults heal up in tenoch for the next round of combat
540: Delhi finishes catapult, starts catapult. I upgrade our warrior (who I brought back from over by Tlaxcala) to an axeman
550: Caesar offers open borders. I spit in his salad.
Tenochtitlan stops revolting, so I start a theatre. I also crush some more of Monty's units that he'd sent over near Tenoch.
Turn summary: took over Tenochtitlan with minimal casualties (one swordsman and one catapult). Last time I saw Tlaxcala, it had two archers defending. Two attacks in the next turnset would be great - one on the city to the east of Tenochtitlan and one on the city to the North. City to the North is now Monty's capital (I'm guessing because culture boundaries expanded right after I took over Tenoch), but I'm betting it's lightly defended, since I don't think he had much of a military ever. I have some units heading over to unnamed east city from Delhi and Madras, and some other units headed up to Tenoch from Bangalore and points westward. Should probably leave some units hanging out on our western border in case Tokugawa thinks we're weakened or something. (Although I kind of doubt it - we still have the most soldiers).
IamSid, you're up!
