Now, since two players own counties in the same region, you are NOT allowed to strike at eachother's capital, but you CAN attack and take over the counties conquered by the other guy. You think it's unfair? Wait till update 20.......
Also, because of the incoming riots and game events, the regiment limit per county is tripled. Have fun.
