The League of Nations Charter
1. Every nation will be treated as equal in the General Assembly. Every nation has one vote.
2. 2/3 majority can suspend a member nation.
3. Observer NAtions cannot vote but can express their opnions.
4. The Assembly has the power to vote for santions a 2/3 majority needed.
5. An assembly member can recommend a resolution for the security council to vote on.
6. The General Assembly can veto a Security Council decison with a 2/3 majority vote.
7. The Security Council is made up of 8 nations. 4 of which are pernament members. The General Assembly can replace a Security Council member with a unaminous vote.
8. Permenant members can veto any resolution before the security council.
9. The Security Council votes on everything the General Assembly does not. The 4 non-pernamnet members serve for 4 rtor turns. At the end of their term, they can stand for re-election. Any member nation can be on the Security Council.
10. All votes in the Security Council need a simple majority to pass.
11. The League of Nations is to be based in the city of Kiev, Russia, its offices regarded as international territory.
