The League of Nations Charter

1. Every nation will be treated as equal in the General Assembly. Every nation has one vote.
2. 2/3 majority can suspend a member nation.
3. Observer NAtions cannot vote but can express their opnions.
4. The Assembly has the power to vote for santions a 2/3 majority needed.
5. An assembly member can recommend a resolution for the security council to vote on.
6. The General Assembly can veto a Security Council decison with a 2/3 majority vote.
7. The Security Council is made up of 8 nations. 4 of which are pernament members. The General Assembly can replace a Security Council member with a unaminous vote.
8. Permenant members can veto any resolution before the security council.
9. The Security Council votes on everything the General Assembly does not. The 4 non-pernamnet members serve for 4 rtor turns. At the end of their term, they can stand for re-election. Any member nation can be on the Security Council.
10. All votes in the Security Council need a simple majority to pass.
11. The League of Nations is to be based in the city of Kiev, Russia, its offices regarded as international territory.

USSR votes for Russia to join, Russia is accepted into the League of NAtions as the second permanent Security Council member.

let me clarify that. Russia joins with a heart of shame, having screwed up the UN so badly.

The once moderator of the UN has been takent back by Russia, to be their new delegate to the League

The Iriqouis will NOT join the Leauge of Nations.We believe it will be a failure as the UN. It will also interfere in personal nations rights. It will try to make the "best interests" but in the end will just cause chaoas as before.

USA will not join, as this union will never get things accomplished and will put a bad name on World Peace.

Germany refuses to acknowledge the League Of Nations. We are angered at the way it has been set-up without consulting the nations of the world.
Thus we shall not recognise any Resolutions passed by this Union.

The USSR would like to put forward the follwoing four resolutions.

1/ No more land shall be taken in imperialist wars. Only land of spoils that should be taken is that the redefines traditional boundaries.

2/ The League should agree to the formation of an independent nation called Vietnam ffroim Fillipino IndoChina

3/ Sanctions should apply to any nation breaking any League resoltuion once they join to the rank of observer status.

4/ Current obeservor nations should enrol as full members to give us 8 of the current 19 independent states. The League of Nations will forver grow strong, if we continue its expansion.
