Regardless of age for that matter. The "fertile octogenarian" might be a trope in legalese for building in the unlikely or even impossible into property rights, contracts, and inheritance, but with the possibility that a person or couple of any age can probably legally adopt a child that is then in line for inheritance, it's not just a joke anymore!

It's his body so obviously, no, she shouldn't get to extract his sperm without his consent.

Imagine a man wanted to knock up his girlfriend who was in a coma & force her to become pregnant.

Just because the man doesn't have to physically carry the child doesn't mean he shouldn't have equal legal rights. Throw this goldidgger out on her ass. If her man (old piggybank) wanted to knock her up her should've done it while he was fully alive.

If they grant her his sperm I'll be disgusted.
