scenario- cannot download

hey, was looking for this ww1 scenario everywhere even outside of civfanatics. I know its based off of tgw 2.1 but I prefer the different unit and terrain art. At least the art and text folders to replace the other one with would be fine. there isn't a download link though unless I missed it?
