Nothing. Just painted I guess. You can customize your characters when you make more cash by playing a lot of multiplayer games.

In the PC communitity of this game, I am well known for not only this look - but also by my mad skillz.

Oh no :/ Its yet another game that makes you carry around a ton of disposable health potions that you use up after only a few wounds because they barely heal you isn't it. I'm so sick of that (won't stop me playing, but it is extremely irritating).

Yeah the health potions are getting old. I think Diablo III will have health orbs drop from dead enemies.
