The Dutch died in droves to protect their capital, almost all of their elite units were (thankfully) eliminated in this battle. I had arranged my forces on a small ridge and this forest was my right flank. I turned out to only be facing 3 reinforcements that had attacked my army (bringing the garrison to spawn on my right flank, albeit piecemeal and right against the map edge). I slowly moved up my left and center flank after about 1/3rd of the way through the battle until near the end I had a solid wall facing towards the remaining enemies (instead of an angled/crooked line).

I found that picture to be a very memorable scene and one you might find in a gallery of war paintings, there is further death to the right.

The rest of the Dutch European holdings soon followed suit within a few turns.

I exited the vehicle and ran back to Dr Zed TWICE and both times it forced me to re-enter the vehicle. Which then finally exploded.

I guess it was payback for getting impatient with Captain2 trying to find the booster to jump off the ramp

Afaik Captain2 doesn't have the greatest computer, it looks fine for me.

I like how it looks. Elemental: War of Magic uses similar graphics and that one looks great too (although it apparently sucks, but that's the other thread).

Borderlands is an 8/10. Mostly disappointed in the fact that the millions of guns don't actually feel like millions of guns.

As for Borderlands graphics, it took me a little while to get used to and start loving them at first.
