(Fun fact: While I control the Azores, Madeira, Cape Verde and part of Brazil, Portugal used to control the Canaries and Balearics.)

Damn I really wanted to use this this too :(

Call of Juarez was a very fun game, I'm not sure if I want to replay it though. Replayability seemed low when I first completed it.

What the?

I've often seen the Ottomans get into the Balkans. Especially when they've wound up in wars against Novgorod. Sometimes even taking provinces in peace treaties.

hmm how is an Ottoman fleet going to get through the straits of gibraltar, the english channel and the sund?

Ottoman ships did reach around that area on occasion. There are accounts of raids on the English coast, and an Ottoman fleet as far as Iceland or Greenland.

My guess is they sailed straight through. Unless there is an enemy fleet opposing them there isn't anything to stop them.

It was just really weird, because I wasn't noticing it at first. I was like checking out various wars in Europe and when I was moving back to Novgorod, I noticed them green stripes on the grey Teutonic Order. The Ottoman Empire isn't blobby at all so I was really surprised to see them so far from home. Almost a crusade type of war :P

That first one is pretty cool.

I see that all the time. Ever seen an independant Muslim Cornwall? Now, for something really amazing, once I saw a Ryukyuan territory in either Yemen or Oman (it eventually revolted, though, but they almost had a core there!).
