Big Sister's time as Administrator of the Orwellian Empire was a golden age of peace and prosperity. Citizens were so devoted to the empire, that despite the doubleplus ungood rise in workplace accidents

whipped

, they joyfully devoted themselves to erecting new buildings across the Empire.
Towards the end of her time in office, Big Sister began a new program of workplace safety that promises to reduce these industrial accidents significantly. Oxford University and the National Epic were built, and the navy of the Western Seas was begun.
T325: Go through our cities and take everyone off buildings, since I plan to change to OR. All the baby cities who need border pops build culture, Seoul continues on it's university while farming a GP, three cities build Buddhist missionaries, and everyone else is on units or wealth. That gets research up to 40%, which is not great, but will have to do.
Juggled trade deals.
Juggled units around, trying to get all our city raider guys back to the front, instead of on garrison duty.
T328: Chemistry is stolen

Can I have a do-over?
Golden Age Starts! Swap civics, put all those buildings back in the queue, and
Hmm... Zara is in WHEOOHRN, and we have no navy at all on our west coast. I start building frigates.
T329: Seoul finishes its university, so I start Oxford in Babylon.
37 turns to complete? Lets see... didn't Darius have stone?
Yes. Yes he did. Hehe... down to 21 turns.
Uh-oh... Emancipation unhappiness.
T330: Swap to Constitution for upcoming trade.
T332: Trade made with Darius. Back to Steel. Have to wait until next turn to swap civics.
Working the trades to keep happiness up. We just got our second silver online, so swap it for gold. I considered dyes, but we have more forges than theatres at the moment.
T333: Last minute whipping, with double stacked anger in some cities. Then swap to Caste/Rep. Wake up all the workers and start them on workshops.
T334: Steel is in. Start on cannons in several cities, as well as dropping slider to 0 in order to upgrade a few of our promoted trebs.
T335:
That's all folks!
I'll try posting just text for now and then add the pictures if the civfanatics servers hold up.

(external link, also because of servers)
One thing I forgot: We can probably cancel the stone trade since Oxford is done, and pick up another happiness resource instead.
I leave you with this final image:
