Thank God. It was such a pain conquering a city and having it cost dozens of turns (Epic) to fix up a district. I was often deterred from pillaging them for that very reason.
OK, well that "lol so random XD" wacky battle royale stuff gets an EXTREEEEME meh from me. I'm not really interested in that mode at all.
But the actual patch tweaks seem pretty good. I'm going to play a Terra map as Carthage or England and rack up those newly buffed admirals later today!

Well all the coastal buffs did not help so I was hoping for something, I guess I got something anyway... and no reefs on river mouths... yesssss

Fixed a bug where pillaged districts in a conquered city would cost the full production price to repair. Now they cost 25% as intended.
Was "Advanced Setup" removed from "Create Game"?

I think, I've looked everywhere. They can't have seriously removed this completely, can they? This surely has to be a bug ...
I don't play MP, I don't like post-apocalyptic settings and I don't think I'll play the scenario. I've only played the Poland scenario so far. But I can't say that I'm disappointed they tried something different. I'm both uninterested and curious of what they have created.
In the livestream, they described how one of the guys (whose name I can't recall) put together the basics in his free time, added it to the test version of the game, no one noticed at first, then people found it fun and they added fun graphics and such.
