On a relevant note: Considering that the Mad Scientists are the only team that seems to consistently take longer than the rest of us to play their turns, perhaps they should arrange some more turn players in different time zones? Having just one turn player (which it seems to currently be, with just HUSch) inevitably leads to a lot of down-time where that person can't play.
Certainly, all of the other teams appear to have backup turn players that can play the turns when the main turn player isn't around.
But let's not lose perspective - Mad Scientists aren't running out the clock. Anything faster than 24 hours is a big improvement from the last game in my book.
I'm really pleased with how this is working out so far!
Kudos to everyone.
Indeed, I was making the point more because it appears that the same person always plays the turns for the Mad Scientists, which suggests there are no backups. Still, the turn times aren't at all bad.
I'll try to stop making comments in the turn tracker thread now.
