Can we pause the game please, we need a rule clarification

So what's going on here? If you request a pause, you should pause the game. I just checked civstats and was surprised to find that Saturn's time has been almost completely eaten away while we've been discussing this. I just tried to log in to pause the game, and I cannot connect. I'll try later, but the turn may flip before I can connect again.

Regardless of whether or not we reload the game for Kaz, Saturn definitely should not have to miss their turn - that would be decidedly unfair. We were waiting for a decision to be made on Kaz's situation, and we should not be penalized for that.

Which I mistakenly interpreted as "please see the turn timer", which was running so I thought someone had fixed it.

I have been away from home a lot more than usual the last couple of days due to a family medical situation (nothing serious, just very time consuming). Sorry about the delay getting it running again.
