The file IC-French-1600AD.zip is missed named. It cannot be opened as a zip. I had to change the extension from ZIP to SAV
There are several cities building wealth, but they do not have factories
Theory of Evolution will give you the tech you are studying, so the most efficent thing to do is learn a tech on the turn ToE is built. Or if you learn a tech 1 turn before ToE is finished drop research spending to Zero.
The worst is to be 1 turn away from learning a new tech when you get ToE, All that research time and money wasted.

We lament the growth of the English. We tire of looking a Cleopara's sour face. We declare war and capture Giza.
We drop Science 10% and start reserching Sci method.
1605AD WHO AUTOMATED ALL THE WORKERS??? Countess Marie is forced to spend a lot of time redirecting workers
to proper tasks.
1610AD Two factories are completed. Thebes and Delhi are se to placeholders for U Suff and Hoover.
TOE will be built in PAris by switching from Uni Suff there. The Foreign Legion embarks for El-Armana.
Thanks to redirection of workers the Trans-continental RR begins construction.
1615-20 Ad We are still tracking down losse workers. Sci Method is discovered. We switch sci to atomic theory.
We swtich Paris to TOE. Delhi switches to U Suff. We drop Sci to 0.
1625-30 TOE builds. We discover Atomic Theory. We swtich to Electronics. We discover Electronics.
We switch to sanitation. Re-evaluating we decide Thebes is to slow to build Hoover. We rsuh the factory in Chateau Rain.
NExt turn it will start Hoover. Sci back up to 50% for 4 turns San.
1635 El-Armana falls to the Expeditionary force. Some Egyptians escape in a boat. We make peace.
Chateau Rain begins the Hoover.
1640 Pollution is discovered. Workers ride the rails to clean it up.
1645 RR building.
1650 We discover Sanitation. Start the corporation. Bump sci to 60% for 4 turn completion.
1660 We make PEace with Rome for a city. The Persians offer Spice for 60/turn. We decline.
All cities are now linked by RR.
1665 We RR Chateau Rain intensively and drop Hoover to 12 turns.
1670 Discover Corporation. Switch to Refining. Thebes becomes our 1st Metropolis.
1675 -1695 Hospitals and RR's
1700 Refining discovered switch to steel (5). We have 2 oil.
Hoover will be complete in 4. Battlefield Med in 8. U Suff in 14.
Right now its jsut a matter of getting some more techs for tanks/transports and BB's and that should be it.

At the Election in 1705 AD the new ruler becomes Khaine II who promises to lead the French to greater glories than ever.
Upon election he notes that there is not a lot for him to do, but expand the military. He gives his acceptance and starts training of Infantry and construction of Artillery. He also notes several outdated Musketeers around and upgrade them.
1705 AD (1): Upgrades continue and forces are seen moving east. Otherwise a quiet turn.
1710-15: MMOW
1720 (4): We build the Hoover Dam! And then discover that we don't have the ability to build Magellans. With all this water it would prove a real boon to us.
1725 (5): We discover Steel and start on Cumbustion. We tire of Gandhi's rice currys and ban curry throughout the nation. As part of our rightous crusade against curry we declare war on India.We bombard Hyderabad with artillery in the mountains while brigades of cavalry assault Bengal, capturing the city and an extra supply of rubber.
1730 (6): We bombard Hyderabad again and then send in the shock troops. After heavy fighting the city falls and we follow up on the succes by assaulting and capturing Byblos.
1735 (7): Paris build Battlefield Medicine and medic are dispatched to all units.
1740 (8): First French units invade the island of Ceylon and land near the last Indian cities of Chittagong and Punjab.
1745 (9): Punjab is bombarded and then liberated by French forces. Heavy fighting erupts near Chittagon, but we are forced back.
1750 (10): We learn Combustion and start Mass Production. Our new assault on Chittagong is unstoppable and we take the city... only to learn that they still have two somewhere? We accept a peace with them in exchange for knowledge of Democracy. Having reached the end of his term the President steps down and hands the reins to a new leader.
There are two pieces of information that might prove valuable. I'm building an immense invasion fleet near Lahore and it is almost ready to sail toward England. The other half of the fleet are near Hyderabad and could be used in an attack against Zululand or Russia. The army is very strong and their are two unloaded armies in Paris. Mass Production comes in five turns. Continue building the fleet and the army and we just can't lose. Good luck.

There is a stack of tanks outside of Paris, and an empty Army.
On the other continent; I started to stack out troops by the former Aztec cities.
I did npot notice until after I had used all the workers, but under the stack of Cavalry there is some pollution.
I have many of teh French cities on wealth, since there is not much to build. Space Race victory should be easy.
