IHT - 1637 AD (?):
Checking the VCs screen, I note that we have control of a mere 33% of the world's land area (though we're already up to nearly half the population) out of the 64% required for Domination. Since Gandhi has 25%, a quick calculation indicates that we'll need to take pretty much all of the rest of it, including Cyrus', which could lead to some problems with Gandhi's cultural influence. There's a bit left to get with border expansions on the northern island, and obviously we need to get some culture going in Arabia, but we're going to need all of Roosevelt's land and then some, unless Cyrus controls less than 11% (could go wither way, that). I intend to finish Sally as quickly as I can in order to cut the WW which is troubling us, then get into position to take the American islands as well as their mainland if we can.
T1 - 1640 AD:
Not a lot happening - bit of resting before we push on.
T2 - 1643 AD:
And again.
T3 - 1646 AD:
Basra falls, and our forces press on towards Kufah. The Americans send a settler out into the currently-cultureless part of northwestern Arabia. Sigh.
T4 - 1649 AD:
Anjar is taken - I keep it in a display of true

ery (aren't even actually smoking yet either - must be the glass of rather nice Rioja...) thinking we were going to have to attack Gandhi and it would be a good staging post for Chittagong. Feel free to virtually slap my shins, kids.
T5 - 1652 AD:
Kufah falls, knocking Sally off his mainland altogether (after I mop up a couple of his other units). He's only got that irritating island colony left - I'd sue for peace and get Economics off him but we need every scrap of land.
T7 - 1661 AD:
The War on America begins with a skirmish to remove a cheeky settlement from our land.
T8 - 1664 AD:
A unit of valiant Crossbowmen are sent into Khurasan knowing they have little chance of returning, but paving the way for our depleted riflemen to finish off the Arabs once and for all (their odds leapt from 58% to 96% just from throwing the crossbows at the enemy and taking a few HP off them). This improves our war weariness situation since it's on a per-war basis unless I'm very much mistaken.
T9 - 1667 AD:
San Fransisco falls with no loss despite my decision to attack at short odds in order to speed things up (only brought one cannon down there for some reason). Hah! Sometimes it's better to be lucky than good

T10 - 1670AD:
Mil Trad in, start Constitution for the Jails, although it's probably academic at this stage. Turn research down a bit to keep the upgrades going.
Houston falls at the cost of one catapult, despite me trying my luck again
Roosey's attempt at a counterattack is near Washington, it's a few mounted units - I'm not quite sure what to do with our mini stack nearby (it took a lot of splash damage from cats between turns) - I'll leave that for the next player to decide. There's also a Persian settler about to found a city near Damascus - we've a handful of units nearby to raze it.
We've also got a stack in the north of Persia near Tarsus - I reckon we should declare on Cyrus next turn and get cracking, since we might need a few border pops over there to hit the dom limit. Lots of theatres and the odd temple being built to try and push those borders in Arabia, and units being built at home to be sent either West into Persia (probably unnecessary TBH) or East to hel with Roosey.
As soon as he's dealt with, it might be worth building culture and turning on the slider to force those borders out if we need them to get to the limit. We're up to 42% as it stands.
EDIT: Just realised I might've left a couple of units on goto orders toward the loading points on the mainland, in which case I apologise.
