I won't attack the 2 barb cities until after we cap everyone. (so we don't lower our power)
should I kill Korea now? or you want me to upload and check stuff before our EPs are gone forever? Lunch break, then Korea dies.

Now that we have all the points we need, there is not a single reason to keep Korea alive.
Even if England refuses to capitulate after by a cosmic fluke, we could still get a Tao vassal Roosevelt in 1T voting for us by gifting him 5 war success cities instead of 4.

Killing Korea got England to capitulate.
Normally distant island civs are hard to capitulate.
That is because double land, 40 war success, and a high power rating aren't enough.
You also have to have a city I think on their landmass.
Or they have to have a city on yours.
This is a pain because Deity AI usually have 4 cities by the time you meet them, so you have to send a settler to their crowded island or conquer one of their island cities.

Maybe we were lucky Roosy would capitulate then. For future reference: To be safe, should we have given him an extra city on our landmass to keep? Next time.
USA having culture in new York and Chong might have been enough.

Everything worked fine in Test Game, so I didn't look too deep.

For the Record, they would not take those cities (or any) as gifts. In case we wanted to gift them Tao or something.
