So, we can draft only once (to size 8)
put 14/120 into a courthouse and 3 pop max OF -> sushi exec (might need a distant chop if we want to 1-turn it)

Now that we are in GAge #2, Science needs 1 farm for exactly 1 turn.
It has 9 food and losing -4, so next turn it can work a cottage and lose -5 food.

Therefore, I believe we can
Pillage the farm at jungle-1N ASAP
cottage Science-1N T142 (but not work it)
cottage Science-1W on T143 (and work it)
We can wait to pillage the farm at Science-1NW when the preserve is done.

if he’s building it, he’ll finish it manually this turn. He’s got 75% hammer modifiers in Moscow. Our risk is he’s building something else. No other know city on our planet has a lot of hammers in a wonder.
