[BTS] SGOTM 26 - Home Slices

Holy Roman Empire is demanding we DOW Germany.

Tell him no right?

Arabs have a fist icon!

Peter will trade Engineering :D

Sitting Bull is willing to talk.

Heh, Bismark completed Colossus.
I forgot that was a possibility.

Engineering!
Would have sucked if he slipped 1 turn.
We had quite the overflow.

Ya, I'll pillage 2 cottages and call it a day.

The team can calculate out if Sushi is T155 or T154 now much easier than before.

Moscow is at 46:hammers:, again +19.
If harbor, then 2 more turns.

Pillaged 2 cottages, 16 + 11:gold:

I'm now sure we can make it to T151. :)

Paused and uploaded
Mmm, maybe should have done spy specialists in Whale and Silver T148 now that I look.

ending for the day?
Thanks again for the help! :D

Does SB know Feudalism? Any LB sightings?
Ah crap, I should not have pillaged that cottage with the Musket.
I blundered.

I'm sure Sitting Bull had Feudalism by T148, but he did not upgrade the Archers in his capital in between turns.

We can still attack his capital with 2 Chariots, 2 Muskets, and 2 ampibious Muskets if he does not upgrade his capital 1 more turn.
I've no idea where his catapult went.

Only average odds without the extra musket if the Archers do not upgrade.
The Dog Soldier becomes a decent defender with +100% castle bonus against Chariot, and a Musket from the sea is about equal strength to dog soldier.

The wild-card Catapult might have gone south.

According to the AI difficulty modifiers, the AI gets 50% upgrade cost on any difficulty.

Then the era modifier is added.
Sitting Bull is Medieval, so -6% for Emperor AI.

0.94*0.5 = 0.47

Upgrade cost from Archer to Longbow is 3 * hammer difference + 20
3*25+20 = 95:gold: for human.

95 * 0.47 = 45:gold: for Sitting Bull to upgrade to Longbow.

I think that is right?

Anyway, we should be able to use espionage to determine how much :gold: Sitting Bull has saved up.

Not an enthusiast of attacking Cahokia with average odds. Prefer to go in with overwhelming odds and save our precious units.

Exactly. We need the GG. We want to get him down to 1 city. We don't want him making a handful of triremes to deal with.
I don't want to lose a bunch on his only hill city and only 60% city, and 100% for our chariot-dog match-ups.
It's not like that city has a bunch of wonders we need to disable.
How fast can we get Mound City?

Technically we might be able to pin his scout and hammer it over and over with Catapult for 2xp great general experience each turn.

**Edit**
Ah, nevermind.
We only have Warrior, Catapult, and Chariot after all the Great Scientists bulb away.

But didn't we say the plan was that the scout will sit there and heal in place. We don't need the blockers once we hit it one time.
I'll make a wall so it can only go east and then hit it with Catapult.
If it stays still to heal 5%, I'll hit it again.
If it runs without healing, the Chariot will finish it.

Without the Catapult, the SB cities will keep their defenses.
If we want to keep toppling cities with minimal losses, the Catapult needs to board the galley with Cow Musket.

Kind of a puzzle if the Scout gets stuck trying to heal.
Bombard Catapult is super useful on cities without walls.

Taking the Catapult to 8 xp unlocks Heroic Epic.
Taking it 13xp spawns Great General by itself.
Taking it to 20xp means we can use the Great General however we want.
Super Medic is only 8xp needed for a Warrior with 0 xp.

Be sure to pick up Engineering before doing any unit moves. Our GS should meet France a turn sooner that way.

Are there any open items to discuss for the next few turns?
