Bah, Bismarck wants me to DoW HRE.

HRE has open borders with Arabs and our Great Scientist is down there on the border with France. (It was going to bulb this turn and I did not change it after getting map. :sad:

Didn't see any HRE units down there, but if one is nearby at all our Great Scientist might die.

Accept German demand or reject?
 
If Holy Roman Empire plays after Germany, I think we should reject the demand to be safest.

We can get +9 normally or +12 with shared war.

The odds of our Great Scientist dying is very small, but possible.
